Who we are

Rod's Junk Removal ("we", "us") is a family owned junk removal service serving Riverside County, Orange County and Temecula, California. You can reach us at rod@rodsjunkremoval.com or (909) 652-4245.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, book a job, or message us, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address, job address and a description of what you need removed. We use this only to quote, schedule and perform your job, and to communicate with you about it. We don't sell your information.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We advertise online, and we measure how those ads perform using Google Ads. When advertising measurement is enabled, Google may set cookies on your device and collect information such as pages viewed, your approximate location (region), and how you arrived at our site. We use this to understand which ads bring customers to us and to improve our advertising — this is measurement and ad optimization, nothing else.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Quebec, we only enable this measurement after you accept it in our cookie banner. If you decline, or take no action, ad cookies stay off and we rely only on limited, cookieless measurement where it is permitted. Visitors outside those regions can opt out at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in our footer.

Your choices

• Change your cookie choice anytime from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Declining works exactly like accepting — one click either way.
• Your choice is stored in your browser. Clearing your browser storage will remove it, and we'll ask again.
• To review, correct or delete the contact details you've given us, email rod@rodsjunkremoval.com and we'll take care of it.

Data sharing

We share information only with the providers that help us run the business: Google (advertising measurement, as described above), our hosting and email providers, and the disposal facilities we deliver to (only what a manifest requires). We never sell your personal information.
